BBQ Spice:
This is our most versatile spice! We 
use it on potato chips, nachos, chicharron, and many more snacks. Add a good amount of spice to jazz up your marinades, shish kabobs, rub onto your pork ribs and pork shoulders for incredible pulled pork sandwiches! Pair it with The Carbon Bar’s Sweet & Spicy BBQ sauce for an authentic barbeque flavor.

Steak Rub:
Ideal for seasoning beef roasts and steaks but this spice is so versatile you can add some to a potato salad and bring some flair to your next barbeque feast! For best results, rub a little oil on the meat first then apply a generous amount of spice. Other uses can be recipes such as egg salad, ranch dressing, crab cakes and especially good on burgers!

Ribs Rub:
For best results, rub oil on your protein or vegetables, this will help make the rub stick. Shake generously on pork, chicken, turkey or veggies before putting them on the grill or smoker. Can be added to a marinade, dip, or dressing for added flavor!

Butt Rub
Use on your proteins before smoking, baking, roasting, or grilling. Apply little vegetable oil on the protein of your choice, add a generous amount of Butt Rub and then add little more! This helps create a great crust for your BBQ’d meats. Mix this spice with fresh orange juice and oil to create a really unique marinade.
