Most of our items come with simple cooking instructions, and basic kitchen tools are typically all that's required. Refer to the specific product packaging or our website for any additional requirements.
Delivery
There is no delivery fee on orders over $100. Our base delivery fee is $10 per order.
No problemo. Most of our customers aren't home for delivery. We'll leave it at your door (or you can make a note to have us leave tucked away somewhere or at a back or side door). Your produce delivery comes in a Rubbermaid container. On hot days, we pack it with frozen water bottles to help keep everything cool. On freezing cold days, the container is also able to stop the produce and food from freezing for a few hours (you can also leave out a heavy blanket for the driver to cover the basket with or a cooler to transfer everything into and help protect it from the elements). Your frozen items will come packed with dry ice to make sure it stays frozen.
Absolutely. We have a few options depending on your setup:
- If you are able to remotely buzz the driver in, that's the easiest solution if you're not home at the time of delivery (we will leave the bin at your door).
- If you have a concierge or building security, we can leave the bin with them or contact them to let us in.
- If you have a willing landlord or neighbor on the premises, we can leave the bin with them or contact them to let us in.
- We can leave the bin in a common area like the lobby or mail room (if it’s accessible). We rarely have problems, and we guarantee our deliveries 100%, so if it is stolen, we’ll credit you and do our best to redeliver.
- If none of the above options work for you, just give us a call or email and we'll do our best to solve the problem. We can be flexible!

Our delivery service operates Monday - Friday according to specific schedules throughout the week. For more information on the delivery days and times applicable to your location, we invite you to consult the link provided for our comprehensive Delivery Schedule.
Orders are sent out from our facility Monday - Friday at 8:30 am each morning and can be expected to arrive by 8:00pm depending on your delivery location. Our drivers are on the road until 8:00pm to allow extra time for traffic and construction delays.
Absolutely, you can add delivery details to your address. Just let us know any special instructions or preferences, and we'll ensure they're followed
We take special care to pack your food items with insulated packaging and dry ice to keep them frozen in transit. Rest assured, your order will maintain its freshness until it reaches your doorstep
My Orders
There is no minimum order however, the delivery fee is waived on orders over $100.
Once an order is placed, changes may not always be possible. However, please reach out to our customer service team, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Depending on the status of your order, cancellation may be possible. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to request a cancellation and review our cancellation policy.
You can view your order history by logging into your account on our website and accessing the "Order History" section. Here, you can track past orders and view order details.
You can update your delivery address by logging into your account on our website and accessing the "Address Book" or "Account Settings" section. Here, you can add, edit, or delete delivery addresses as needed.
In the rare event that your items arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with details and photos of the damage. We will work to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a satisfactory solution.
