Return & Refund Policy
At Shop the Carbon Bar, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any food items, including frozen meals, meats, sauces, and spices. However, we are dedicated to ensuring that you receive your order in excellent condition. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at shop@thecarbonbar.ca within 7 days of receiving your package, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Refunds & Replacements
We only offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at shop@thecarbonbar.ca with your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We will offer a replacement or a full refund.
- Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or offer a refund.
- Missing Items: If part of your order is missing, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will send the missing item or provide a refund for the missing portion.
Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
Non-Refundable Items
- Perishable Food Products: Due to food safety concerns, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any opened or partially consumed products, including frozen cooked BBQ meats, meal kits, and sauces.
- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
