Step 1
Leaving everything in their individual bags, heat brisket, chicken and pork in simmering water for 5 - 8 minutes or until hot.
Toast buns (optional but recommended.)
Open bags carefully.
Add 1/2 cup of the appropriate sauce to each meat in 3 different bowls.
Step 2
Mix the coleslaw in a bowl with mayonnaise.
Spread the coleslaw on the bottom of the bun, add a pickle and top with your choice of meat.
