Thick slices of double smoked Ontario bacon. We source only Ontario pork for our bacon, brined for 6 days, cold and hot smoked this bacon is ready to go with minimal cooking. Double smoked bacon is best used in pasta, on sandwiches, salads, side dishes, burger toppers, and a starting point for our BBQ Pit Beans. The uses for this bacon are endless and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Pork belly, brown sugar, white sugar, curing salt, kosher salt

Frying Pan Method:
• Slowly remove the bacon from the bag
• Place bacon in frying pan
• Turn on medium heat
• Cook until desired crispiness

Oven Method:
• Preheat oven to 350F
• Line parchment on a baking sheet
• Lay out bacon on sheet evenly spaced.
• Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through
