Pan-Fried Method (Thaw):
• Thaw the burgers overnight in your fridge (its fine to leave them in the bag)
• Heat a non-stick pan to medium heat
• Remove the burgers from the bag and place them on a plate
• Add some vegetable oil to the pan. Cook on medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes per side (you should have a golden crust on each side) or 10-11 minutes from frozen
• Add some cheese on top of the burger at the end if desired and let it melt (cheese is optional and not provided)
• Take the burgers off the heat and let it rest for a minute
Place the burgers on a bun and top with your choice of condiments
Grill Method (Thaw):
• Thaw the burgers overnight in your fridge (its fine to leave them in the bag)
• Pre-heat the grill to 375F or Medium heat
Make sure to clean the grill while it's hot, using a brush or scraper.
• Remove the burgers from the bag and place them on the grill, close the lid
• Cook on medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes per side or 10-11 minutes from frozen
• If you are experiencing “flare ups”, open the lid to let the flames disappear and continue cooking
• Add some cheese on top of the burger at the end if desired and let it melt (cheese is optional and not provided)
• Take the burgers off the heat and let it rest for a minute
Place the burgers on a bun and top with your choice of condiments
