Double Smoked Bacon
Thick slices of double smoked Ontario bacon.ย We source only Ontario pork for our bacon, brined for 6 days, cold and hot smoked this bacon is ready to go with minimal cooking. Double smoked bacon is best used in pasta, on sandwiches, salads, side dishes, burger toppers, and a starting point for our BBQ Pit Beans. The uses for this bacon are endless and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Frying Pan Method:
โข Slowly remove the bacon from the bag
โข Place bacon in frying pan
โข Turn on medium heat
โข Cook until desired crispiness
Oven Method:
โข Preheat oven to 350F
โข Line parchment on a baking sheet
โข Lay out bacon on sheet evenly spaced.
โข Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through
